1) In home tutoring! Tutoring is never done in an institutionalized setting

2) Tutoring in all subjects at all levels

4) Tutoring by Skype, phone, fax, whiteboard, etc.

Free: Initial Tutoring Consultation and Individual Assessment

1) The initial tutoring consultation is free of charge.

2) The tutoring consultation is held with the student and his or her parents present. The initial consultation is held in the student's home when possible and usually takes 60 to 90 minutes.

3) Westside Tutoring then creates an individualized program that addresses the needs of the student.

4) Because Westside Tutoring focuses solely on one student at a time, all programs are individualized and private. Tutoring, and each tutoring program, is completely unique. Additionally, in order to serve our students to the best of our ability, we will accept no more than 10 annual (continuing-ongoing) students and 4 to 6 test preparation students at any one time. While students are free to begin and end their period of instruction at any point during the school year, Westside Tutoring & Testing Services will not take on more 10 and 6.

5) Westside Tutoring's primary focus is on quality instruction, not how many students we can stack into any one session. Most sessions are 90 minutes (it goes fast!) and, of course, one-on-one.

6) We offer quality, both in our approach to the student's needs, wants, and desires...and in results achieved. We are dedicated to a unique and individualized method of instruction.

7) Westside Tutoring will make every effort to meet when it is convenient for the student and his or her family.

8) Westside Tutoring accepts cash, personal checks, and money orders. Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and electronic check are accepted through Freshbooks and PayPal. Secured transactions for your convenience.

9) Westside Tutoring will also assist students in making application for any private, local, state, and/or federal funding that may be available, if requested to do so. Westside Tutoring is also working with community business leaders to raise money to sponsor those who might not otherwise have access to our program.

1) Pre-schoolers-Kindergarteners

No, it is not too young to start!

In fact, we wish more parents would involve their children in a structured pre-school tutoring program at least 2 times per week.

What better time to initiate a life-long love affair with learning than when they truly love learning?And most little children are like little sponges...they love to learn!

Yes, learning is a process...but it should also be FUN! It is at this level that the value of individualized, pre-school tutoring becomes evident.

Kids get all the help they need while having fun doing it.

We wish we could always get them this young!

Fees will be discussed once a free consultation has been completed and the student's needs have been properly assessed.

Tuition is based primarily on the term of enrollment and the needs of the student and his or her family.

EXCEPTION: Single sessions may be approved from time-to-time but they are the exception.

The situations warranting consideration for approval include:
